Transport Development Control
Clackmannanshire Council is presently going through a period of increasing new development and redevelopment. Transportation is an integral component of the planning system and the development control process provides the opportunity for the transportation requirements of each development to achieve the required standard in terms of road safety user amenity, aesthetic quality and sustainability which are our driving factors. Accessibility to new developments is essential.
Road Development Control liaises with each developer to attain a high standard of road, footway and public transport access to all developments.
If you are constructing a new road or part of a new road you must apply for Construction Consent from the Council.
If your works involve excavation or changes to an existing public road or footway you must apply for a Minor Roadworks Consent.External Links
