Development Plan Update - January 2009
The Clackmannanshire Development Plan comprises of two key components:
- The Clackmannanshire and Stirling Structure Plan 2002 and
- The Clackmannanshire Local Plan 2004.
The Clackmannanshire and Stirling Structure Plan has been updated twice since 2002. The First Alteration, Renewable Energy, adopted June 2004 and the Second Alteration, Indicative Forestry Strategy, adopted August 2004. These two alterations are consolidated into the version in this website.
Both parts of the Development Plan (the Structure Plan and the Local Plan) are currently under review. Please click on the links below for more details.
