Local Housing Strategy
Clackmannanshire Council has published its first LOCAL HOUSING STRATEGY which will cover 5 years from April 2004 to April 2009.
The 2007 annual review and update of the strategy is now available to download.
This strategy fulfils the legal requirements introduced in the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 by setting out clearly how the Council, working in partnership with others, can best tackle housing issues across all tenures - owner-occupation, social or private renting.
To produce the Strategy the Council worked with a wide range of other agencies and interests to analyse background information available about housing in Clackmannanshire.
