Property Services brings together a complete range of professional disciplines necessary to provide the Council with the management and maintenance of its public buildings, fleet and roads and footpaths. It comprises:

Property Asset Management

Objective:- “To maintain the Clackmannanshire Council buildings portfolio in a condition fit for their purpose to meet Council goals and values.”

Fleet Services

Objective:- “To provide an effective fleet management and maintenance service making best use of resources to meet the Council’s goals and values, ensuring value for money in a safe working environment.”

Construction Design

Objective:- “To provide a wide range of professional Design and Construction related services, satisfying the needs and expectations of the customer and those of the Council.”

Catering & Cleaning

Objective:- “To provide a competitive high quality Catering Cleaning and Caretaking service in Schools, Public Buildings, depots and external contracts, achieving customer satisfaction by investing in our employees, communicating effectively with our customers, ensuring value for money in a safe working environment.”

The service is also responsible for Asset Management, Public Conveniences, Security and Out of Hours Support.
