The main objectives of Corporate Development are:
- Ensuring sound financial management
- Promoting effective use of modern technology to secure better service delivery
- Developing the potential of all staff with an emphasis on effective delegation and empowerment
- Developing effective mechanisms for culture change and organisational development
- Promoting a culture of customer focus, responsiveness and continuous improvement
