Business Improvement
Business Improvement consists of two teams: Service Improvement and Business Change.
Service Improvement provides the corporate lead in ensuring that effective management delivers better and more responsive services, so that the Council fulfils its statutory duty to achieve Best Value.
The team does this by providing a range of advice, guidance, information and support. The team also provides the council and senior managers with reports that enable effective performance scrutiny.

The Business Change team are responsible for management and delivery of the council's Business Change programme, which is focussed on enabling modern, efficient and customer-focussed service delivery.
