Business Space - CSBP Clackmannanshire Investments Ltd.
Clackmannanshire is experiencing exciting times. A major regeneration programme is underway including the provision of first class Business Parks by Clackmannanshire Investments Limited with support from Scottish Enterpriseand funding from Europe, namely the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
Clackmannanshire Investments Limited is a joint Public/Private partnership between Clackmannanshire Council and Valad Property Group PLC. The partnership is committed to developing quality business environments at Dumyat and Alloa West Business Parks. Ideally situated in central Scotland with easy access to the main motorway network, and air, rail and sea links, the parks are less than 45 minute drive time from the major cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Both the reopening of the Stirling - Alloa - Kincardine Railway line (which has provided a new Railway Station in Alloa), and the new 'Clackmannanshire Bridge' (both completed 2008) have further improved the accessibility of these parks.
